As a Residential Sales Consultant, you will:

• Respond to warm sales leads by visiting homeowners, conducting roof and property inspections, guiding customers through the restoration process, and providing solutions to help fund repairs.
• Generate new leads by canvassing neighborhoods where property damage has occurred and discussing risks and solutions with homeowners.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
• Travel to areas recently hit by storm damage to identify signs of roof and property damage.
• Climb onto roofs and into attics to assess damage and present findings to homeowners.
• Educate homeowners about the restoration process and act as a technical advisor.
• Provide estimates, funding options, and collect payments as required.
• Work with insurance companies, meeting adjusters to facilitate the best outcomes.
• Obtain agreements and contracts from homeowners.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and actively participate in team communication.

• Sales or customer service background is a plus but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Technologically proficient (computer and smartphone apps).
• Capable of climbing a ladder and inspecting roofs.
• Able to work outdoors, including walking and occasionally carrying up to 50 lbs.
• At least 40 hours of daytime availability weekly (most Saturdays required).
