• Extensive knowledge of personal insurance
• Experience with operating in an electronic environment, including TAM (helpful)
• Strong time management, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to build and develop relationships with clients and staff
• High self-motivation and self-direction

• Support Producers’ sales efforts by developing complete submissions on new and renewal business and obtaining quotes following agency procedures
• Perform annual reviews of renewal policies for proper coverage, incorporating client and Producer information
• Maintain client files and ensure proper documentation of policies, endorsements, activities, etc., within agency timelines
• Respond to client inquiries, emails, mail, and company requests per agency guidelines
• Review all items to ensure accuracy before processing
• Participate in courses to improve insurance and sales skills; stay current with underwriting requirements and industry trends
