As a Vacation Sales Phone Representative
, a typical day will include:

• Scheduling sales presentations and managing customer expectations.

• Providing the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals.

• Ensuring all Owners and guests attending a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services.

• Using persuasive techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty.

Guest Experience and Company Standards:

• Welcoming and greeting guests; anticipating and addressing their needs.

• Interacting with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.

• Contributing to team goals.

• Always following company policies and safety procedures.

To Become a Vacation Sales Phone Representative:

• Successful candidates will be highly motivated with sales or customer service experience and enjoy interacting with guests either in person or by phone.

• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends.

• Concierge, and/or sales experience preferred.

• Position may require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements.

• Ability to reach overhead, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
