• Engage and inspire prospective owners through dynamic presentations and personalised consultations.
• Partner closely with marketing and resort operations to create seamless experiences that drive conversions.
• Use creative sales approaches to connect emotionally with guests and differentiate Vacatia in a competitive market.
• Track and measure performance to meet or exceed individual and team goals.
• Contribute to a supportive, results‑driven sales culture built on excellence, collaboration, and integrity.

• A proven track record of achieving or surpassing sales goals while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
• Strong relationship‑building, persuasive communication, and closing skills.
• Ability to connect authentically with guests, identify needs, and tailor solutions.
• Active real‑estate or timeshare licence may be required depending on location.
• Experience in timeshare, real‑estate, travel, or high‑ticket sales preferred.
• Ability to communicate in Spanish, Portuguese, or French is a plus.
