What You’ll Do- Respond quickly to emergency property losses—often within hours.
- Meet property owners on-site, assess their needs, and guide them toward solutions, generating revenue opportunities.
- Provide emergency recovery kits and services to the impacted property owner.
- Build trust rapidly and secure work authorizations in high-stress situations.
- Volunteer non-operational time to related community events.
- Monitor, interpret and respond to lead sources, providing top-notch care to customers after traumatic events.
- Work closely with owners, adjusters, project managers, first responders and community leaders.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure promises made are promises kept.
- On-call 24/7 to include weekends and holidays as scheduled
- Achieve and remain current in required certifications

- You freeze under pressure or avoid tough conversations
- You prefer long sales cycles over fast, high-volume action
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Prefer experience in restoration, military, fire services, EMS, police, medical responder, dispatching of emergency responders, construction, or insurance
- 3+ years experience in an outside sales role or customer service role
- Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record required
- Can successfully pass a background check
