Unarmed Security Officer

Enterprise Security Services Corporation is seeking dependable, punctual, and professional Unarmed Security Guards for a one-day interior security assignment in Williamsburg, Virginia. Successful candidates must remain alert, communicate respectfully, and maintain a polished professional presence throughout their assigned shift.

• Meet applicable Virginia eligibility requirements for unarmed security work.
• Possess the required Virginia Department of Criminal Justice Services (DCJS) registration or qualify to complete the applicable training and registration process.
• Successfully complete required background screening.
• Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and professional conduct.
• Communicate clearly and maintain strong observation skills.
• Follow site-specific security procedures and instructions from authorized personnel.
• Be available for one of the shifts scheduled for Friday, November 27, 2026.

Previous security experience is beneficial. Applicants must be prepared to meet all assignment requirements before reporting for duty.

• Maintain a visible, professional security presence inside the assigned facility.
• Observe interior areas and report suspicious activity or potential security concerns.
• Monitor designated access points and follow established site procedures.
• Assist visitors courteously and provide directions when appropriate.
• Identify and report unusual activity, safety hazards, and incidents.
• Respond calmly to emergencies in accordance with established protocols.
• Notify supervisors, site management, or emergency services when necessary.
• Follow instructions from authorized site representatives and company management.

This is interior security assignment in Williamsburg, Virginia, starting on Friday, November 27, 2026. Guards must arrive on time, remain attentive throughout their scheduled hours, and maintain professional conduct inside the facility.

All guards must arrive wearing the following required attire:

• Black blazer
• White button-down shirt
• Black slacks
• Black polished dress shoes

Strict uniform policy:

• No street clothes permitted.
• No sneakers permitted.
• Guards who arrive out of uniform will be sent home.

The complete required outfit must be ready before reporting for duty. Uniform compliance is mandatory, without exception.

Choose the shift that matches your availability:

• Shift 1 – Morning: 5:30 AM – 1:30 PM
• Shift 2 – Afternoon/Evening: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Location: Interior of the assigned facility in Williamsburg, VA.

Applicants must specify their preferred shift when applying. The shifts overlap from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM to accommodate the transition between guards.
