ResponsibilitiesDirectly responsible to the Trades Manager for providing a safe and comfortable environment for residents & staff by repairing and maintaining properly functioning equipment and systems to include but not limited to: potable water systems, pumps, water/steam heat exchangers, hot water heating systems, sanitary sewer systems, steam and condensate distribution systems, fire suppression/sprinkler systems, and related equipment.
Minimum Qualifications- Extensive experience at a Journeyman's level in commercial plumbing, steam and condensate systems, fire suppression and sprinkler systems.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Gas Fitters License.
- Completion of trade school and/or accredited Plumbing/Steam fitting apprenticeship.
- Journeyman (or higher) Plumbers card.
