• Operate one or more types of heavy construction equipment with a focus on safety and efficiency.
• Perform equipment maintenance duties such as cleaning, greasing, oiling, and general upkeep.
• Adjust hand levers, depress pedals, and control attachments such as blades, buckets, and swing booms.
• Discuss daily work plans with the field manager, review blueprints if necessary, and determine the safest and most accurate method of completing assigned work on time.
• Make judgments regarding the most efficient operation of equipment and attachments.
• Compliance with Allan Myers policies including but not limited to:
  • Equipment repair / maintenance procedures and Operator Safety Standards
  • Safety:
    Prioritize safe practices and zero‑accident work environment
  • “Home Safe Tonight” and related policies

• Minimum of 3–5 years of equipment operating experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
• Related work experience required.
