Part-Time Bus Washer / Fueler

Transdev in Williamsburg, VA is hiring two Part-time Bus Washers/Fuelers. The Bus Washer/Fueler performs basic vehicle servicing duties. We are looking for customer service-oriented professionals who are dedicated to safety. Part time position, no benefits offered. The part time schedule is Monday – Friday 5:00pm-10:00pm.

Compensation
:
Competitive range of $16.00 to $18.00 per hour. Part time position, no benefits offered.

• Fuel all vehicles
• Check and add fluids to vehicles as needed
• Clean the interiors and wash exteriors of vehicles
• Prepare and complete applicable paperwork
• Complete other maintenance tasks assigned by the supervisor

• Valid driver’s license
• Vehicle fueling, cleaning, and detailing experience a plus
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• CDL B preferred but not required
• Subject to FTA / DOT drug testing. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including marijuana, for any reason.

• The essential functions of this position require the ability to work outside in varying temperature, weather, and humidity conditions; 100% of the job is performed outside, work alone and in remote locations.
• Sit for extended periods (up to 6–8 hours per day); frequently walk, possibly on sloped ground or slippery and uneven surfaces
• Push and pull objects; lift up to 50 lbs with or without assistance; occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch to access equipment
• Withstand heavy traffic areas while performing duties; tolerate exposure to dust, vehicle fumes and noise
