The Fulfillment General Labor 3P Team Member is responsible for ensuring orders are accurately packed and prepared for shipment. This role focuses on handling products, packaging items securely, and maintaining efficiency to meet Amazon’s high-quality standards. The associate directly supports timely and accurate delivery, contributing to Amazon’s customer satisfaction goals.

Order Processing and Packaging:

Select and retrieve items from inventory as directed by the Team Lead.

Verify items match the order details and inspect for quality.

Package items securely using designated materials to prevent damage during transit.

Attach shipping labels and verify order accuracy before moving packages to the shipping area.

Workflow Efficiency:

Follow clear instructions and established procedures to complete tasks.

Meet daily productivity targets for packing and shipping orders.

Notify supervisors of any discrepancies or issues encountered during the process.

Safety and Cleanliness:

Follow all safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.

Keep workstations neat, organized, and free of hazards.

Report any safety concerns to the supervisor immediately.

Work collaboratively with teammates to meet shipping deadlines.

Support team goals by assisting with additional tasks during busy periods.

Participate in training and meetings to stay updated on process changes.

Skills:

Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.

Ability to follow directions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Basic organizational skills to maintain workflow.

Experience:

Previous warehouse or shipping experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided.

Attributes:

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Comfortable performing physical tasks, including standing, bending, and lifting.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical roles requiring standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.

Warehouse environment with varying temperatures and moderate noise levels.

Shifts may include evenings, weekends, and holidays, especially during peak seasons.

The Fulfillment Team Member plays a critical role in Truly Free’s 3 P fulfillment operations, ensuring that customers receive their orders quickly and accurately. Their efforts directly contribute to Truly Free’s mission of providing a seamless and reliable shopping experience. We currently have a potential production bonus which on average increases your hourly wage by $1.30 per hour, we also have a food allowance that is 100% funded by the company to offset the cost of lunch- pd every two weeks at .75 per hour worked we also get access to Free Products !!
