• Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience as a Respiratory Therapist in a hospital setting
• Ability to work flexible, rotating shifts including days, evenings, and nights
• Strong clinical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Provide respiratory care and clinical support to patients following physician orders and hospital protocols
• Conduct patient assessments, administer treatments, and monitor patients with respiratory conditions
• Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain respiratory therapy equipment
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
• Accurately document patient care activities in electronic health records
• Educate patients and families about respiratory therapies and health management
