Our client, a leading manufacturing organization in Williamsport, PA, is seeking a dedicated Forklift Operator/Material Handler to join their dynamic team. As a Forklift Operator/Material Handler, you will play a vital role in supporting the production and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

** Pay Range:
** 23.14 per hour

** Shift:
** 12-hour shifts, 7a-7p or 7p-7a, on a 2/2/3 schedule

** What's the Job?*
* + Operate forklifts to move materials efficiently within the manufacturing facility

+ Handle and organize materials to ensure smooth production flow

+ Maintain a clean and safe work environment adhering to dress code standards

+ Assist with inventory management and proper storage of materials

+ Follow safety protocols and wear provided hearing, eye protection, gloves, and orange sweatshirt

** What's Needed?*
* + High school diploma or GED required

+ Ability to pass a 7-year background check with no felonies

+ Willingness to undergo pre-employment drug screen

+ Reliable attendance and punctuality

+ Basic understanding of manufacturing environments is a plus
