Journeyman Service Plumbers
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Journeyman Service Plumbers for projects located in or around Williamsport, PA. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $30-$35/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
- Perform commercial and residential plumbing service work
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematic drawings
- Install PVC, copper, carbon steel, cast iron, and grooved piping systems
- Install gas lines, fixtures, valves, and pipe insulation
- Perform pressure testing on plumbing systems
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems as needed
- Perform brazing and related piping work
- Maintain quality workmanship while adhering to all jobsite safety standards
- Journeyman-level plumbing experience required
- Must be able to read and interpret blueprints and schematic drawings
- Must have knowledge of applicable plumbing codes
- Must have experience installing: PVC pipe, Copper pipe, Carbon steel pipe, Cast iron pipe, grooved pipe, gas lines, fixtures, valves, pipe insulation
- Must have pressure testing experience
- Must have service plumbing experience
- Must have brazing experience
- Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or as part of a team
