Job Description:
Compensation : $220000 - $250000 Job : 36059
Job Function:
100% outpatient role;
Family Medicine physicians will also treat pediatric and adolescent patients.Provide comprehensive primary care including health assessments, routine checkups, vaccines, and acute/sick visits.
Serve a diverse patient population across various demographics and socioeconomic backgrounds.
Maintain a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week with standard business hours; occasional evening and weekend coverage on a rotating basis.
Balance of scheduled appointments with the flexibility to accommodate walk-in and urgent visits.
Medical Director position includes 80% clinical care and 20% administrative leadership responsibilities.
Job Requirements:
- CT State license, DEA, CSR (active or applied preferred) but not required.
- Residency training in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Bilingual language skills in Spanish preferred but not required.
