• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: Nights, 12-hour shifts (7:00pm – 7:00am), 3 shifts per week
• Hours per Week: 36
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1990 – $2050

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Connecticut or compact state
• Minimum 1 year of acute care experience in Med/Surg or Telemetry
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic medical records (EMR) system
• Stroke care and orthopedic nursing experience preferred

• Provide high-quality nursing care to Med/Surg Telemetry patients in a busy hospital environment
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and vital signs for telemetry patients
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Accurately document patient care using the EPIC EMR system
• Educate patients and families on care plans, recovery, and health management
