Qualifications:

* Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university

* Appropriate N.J. Standard Teaching Certificate for subject matter in Grades 6-12 or K-12

* Prior job experience required:

* Ability and experience in working with students who have discipline problems

* An awareness of behavior management techniques

* Ability in establishing good human relations

* Ability in constructively working with parents and staff

* Experience in working with young adults in a group setting

* Required criminal history background check, physical and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status.(CURRENT EMPLOYEES EXEMPT)

Salary Range: $58,896.00 - $98,636.00
