We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Manager to lead online sales, digital commerce operations, and customer experience for a product-based business.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.
- Oversee product catalogs, pricing, inventory visibility, and order management.
- Drive online revenue growth, conversion optimization, and customer experience.
- Coordinate ERP, CRM, and inventory system integrations.
- Monitor e-commerce KPIs and collaborate with sales, marketing, IT, and supply chain teams.
- Strong e-commerce management experience.
- Experience with B2B commerce, manufacturing, or industrial distribution preferred.
- Knowledge of product catalog management, ERP integrations, and e-commerce analytics.
- Experience with platforms such as Magento, Shopify Plus, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or SAP Commerce Cloud is a plus.
