Compensation: $285/hour (1099)
Schedule: 12-hour shifts | Full-Time

We are actively seeking a skilled Emergency Medicine Physician to join our team as an independent contractor. This is an opportunity to provide high-impact care in a hospital-based Level IV Trauma Center, working alongside a collaborative and supportive team.

• Deliver comprehensive emergency care to patients of all ages

• Assess, diagnose, and treat a broad range of acute medical conditions

• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

• Communicate clearly with patients and families on diagnosis and next steps

• Collaborate with nurses, APPs, specialists, and administrative staff

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and CME

• Stay current on best practices in emergency medicine

• MD/DO with valid medical license or ability to obtain in ND

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine

• Minimum of 2 years of emergency medicine experience

• Must hold current BLS, ACLS, ATLS (PALS a plus)

• Proficient in emergency procedures:
  Intubations, Chest Tubes, Central Lines, Procedural Sedation, Critical Care, OB/Deliveries, Pediatric & Adult Resuscitation

• Strong communication skills and team-based care mindset

• Must have completed at least 250 emergency medicine cases in the past 12 months

• 12-hour shifts

• Flexible full-time scheduling

• Mix of day, night, and weekend shifts

• Level IV Trauma Center

• Located in Williston, ND

• 25-bed hospital with modern, integrated services

• Supportive leadership and advanced EMR:
  Meditech

• APP coverage during peak hours
