We are seeking talented project professionals with diverse backgrounds and experience levels in project management to join Exxon Mobil Global Projects. Exxon Mobil Global Projects is hiring talented Construction Engineers and Project Engineers to help deliver world‑class projects in our unconventional portfolio. We’re looking for experienced professionals who bring technical expertise, strategic thinking, and a passion for excellence, field leadership, and safety in project execution. Skills and Qualifications

• Demonstrated technical and/or leadership capability
• Strong communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills
• Ability to analyze and discuss complex concepts effectively
• Ability to work autonomously and contribute to the success of a team

Preferred Qualifications / Experience

• 5-15 years of experience
• Project Management (construction and project engineering)
• Military experience
