Williston, ND | $25,000.00 – $

• Perform construction observation duties on assigned projects.
• Assist in client contact and communication, including attending city council meetings.
• Help develop probable construction cost estimates for assigned projects.
• Analyze reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, tests, and aerial photographs on soil composition, terrain, hydrological characteristics, and other topographical and geologic data to plan and design projects.
• Prepare design computations and quantity estimates.
• Prepare or modify reports, funding applications, specifications, plans, construction schedules, environmental impact studies, permits, and designs.
• Revise plan documents and coordinate with project team members to modify designs.
• Conduct periodic site visits to monitor progress as per contract documents and plans.
• Use computer‑assisted engineering and design software to prepare design computations.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Engineer in Training (EIT) Certification.
• Continuing education to stay current in job specialty.
• Capability to work in both office and field settings.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
• General understanding of AutoCAD Civil3D software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Driver's license preferred.
