It means you would be helping people in your community continue to live in their own homes. Without help at home, they may have to move to a nursing home.

• Are 18+ years old
• Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Follow a written Care Plan
• Document events of your shift
• Perform light housekeeping
• Laundry
• Prepare meals
• Grocery shopping/errands
• Assist with communication
• Transport and escort clients to appointments
• Supervise clients during exercises and other activities
• Assist with coordinating client's care
• More as directed by your Care Coordinator

Compensation: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
