The Iron Technician I provides assembly and testing of various mechanical components.

• Relocation assistance is NOT available for this position.
• Starting Pay: $21.90, additional based on experience.
• Schedule:
  
  Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; currently working 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM with some Saturdays.
• Overtime based on business need.

• Assist Iron Technicians during the disassembling phase.
• Clean, strip, and inspect all required flow control components.
• Prepare flow control products for gauging, ultrasonic, and MPI inspections.
• Demonstrate the disassembly of flow control products per Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
• Identify SPM and customer products.
• Assemble flow control product.
• Perform NDT trainee tasks.
• Perform manifold teardown/rebuild trainee tasks.
• Demonstrate computer skills for the SPM AMP System.
• Inventory incoming iron.
• Provide proper care and maintenance of all shop tools, equipment, and work area.
• Monitor daily work activities to ensure requirements are met.
• Perform other routine duties as assigned.

• One to three months related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• NDT training.
• Pressure testing experience.

$21.90 - $29.35 per hour.
