WILLISTON TECHNICIAN II ELECTRICAL (Finance)
Job Description The Electrical Technician II will accurately and efficiently perform diversified tasks related to product assembly, including box terminations, service loop installation and termination, crimping of all terminations, point‑to‑point testing of components, calibration of boards or meters, and testing of completed assemblies such as control consoles.
Qualifications- High school diploma and 3-5 years related work experience.
- Formal training in Electrical or Electronics is an asset.

Fluent in English. - Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.

Skills:

- Assists with part fitting, bolting, connecting, threading, aligning, calibrating, grinding, crimpingarne, and inspecting.
- Ability to explain the theory of operations of plant electrical component motors.

- Understands basic formulas of electricity.

- Understands basic circuit elements (source, ground, resistor, capacitor).
- Understands BOMs (Folder/Process).
- Complies and participates in company safety and quality programs and initiatives.
- Performs all duties of the Electrical Technician I.
- Measures and records technical data as tasks are complete.
- Tests equipment according to testing specifications and records results in a test book.
- Schedules and organizes work tasks of subordinates (Level One tech).
- Assists higher‑level electricians in the assembly process with assistance from drawings and schematics.
- Assists in activities such as parts fitting, bolting, watered, connecting, threading, aligning, calibrating, grinding, crimping, and inspecting.
- Initials changes through approved mechanisms and reports changes.
- Tracks changes and reports changes.
- Inspects all equipment used and performs preventive maintenance checks and services.
- Overtime as required to meet customer delivery schedules.
- Other duties may be assigned.
