Happy People Pizza is seeking an Assistant Manager/General Manager with ambition to rise as the next star. Outstanding attitude and willingness to learn are required; no pizza experience is needed as we provide a fully developed training program that sets you up for success. This role offers a paid training program and a clear path to advancement across our 56 U.S. stores.

The training program gives you the opportunity to become a customer service and management professional and includes paid training, potential earnings of $48,000-$52,000 or $70,000-$400,000 as listed, and opportunities for growth.

We also value community involvement. As a Happy People Pizza employee, you will contribute to charitable efforts—raising funds for local charities, supporting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, and participating in local initiatives such as donating slices to front‑line workers.
