• Assist customers by selecting required parts and suggesting companion requirements to ensure the customer's needs are met.
• Assist with assessing the present and future needs, trends, problems and profit opportunities.

• Detail oriented, strong customer skills, adherence to company-wide safety standards.
• Works well within a team and maintains regular attendance.
• H.S. diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in heavy truck parts industry and/or sales preferred, but willing to train.
• Excellent customer service skills, ability to read and comprehend instructions and information, basic computer skills.
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screen and motor vehicle report.
