The Goodwill of Southwestern Pennsylvania and North Central West Virginia is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily retail operations and deliver exceptional customer service. You will lead staff, ensure sales goals are met, and maintain a welcoming and organized store environment.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of management experience; internal candidates may qualify with 6 months as a Goodwill Team Leader.
