Role and Responsibilities:

Customer Service: Warmly welcome customers to BDS, model our professional, service-oriented culture, and provide the highest quality of service and product knowledge.

Technical

Skills:

Master basic and advanced skills in processes, techniques, assemblies, installation, and evaluation procedures related to pressure control valves, drilling systems, flow back equipment, and other oil and gas equipment.

Inspection and Maintenance: Inspect, assemble, test, repair, and install surface components (Frac, Production, and Drilling Equipment) following verbal and written guidelines in the field environment. Identify and correct flaws in wellheads, drilling systems, and other equipment promptly, ensuring compliance with customer specifications and industry standards.

Documentation: Complete and submit all necessary paperwork accurately and honestly, including JSA, safety documents, testing documentation, timecards, etc., within set deadlines. Report non-compliance immediately. Properly label and stamp equipment.

Asset Management: Inventory, maintain, and log all assets, including tools, vehicles, and related items.

Communication: Effectively communicate with team members, customers, vendors, and the community in both written and verbal forms. Assist colleagues with daily tasks as approved.

Safety: Perform job duties safely, aiming for zero accidents or incidents, and comply with QMS, HSE, and EHB protocols.

Representation: Uphold and promote the company's motto, "Restoring Principles & Integrity One Connection at a Time," as a professional representative of Bulldog Services LLP.

Physical Requirements: Frequent standing and lifting, predominantly in field and shop environments, with occasional time in vehicles and offices.

Additional Responsibilities: Maintain a valid driving record (no OWI, IWO, DWI in last 5 years). Lift equipment safely (max 30 lbs.), review staged jobs, operate forklifts (with current certification), overhead cranes, testing equipment, and rigging as trained.

Other Requirements: Wear appropriate PPE, follow safety guidelines, and maintain a safe work environment. Adhere to dress code policies against non-business-related propaganda.

Hours of Operation: Available Monday through Sunday, 24/7 on-call, with a requirement to complete duties promptly and adapt to schedule changes. Employer may modify duties as needed.
