Premium Oilfield Technologies is seeking a Shop Technician to join our Williston, ND team! This key role ensures our equipment is maintained, repaired, and ready to support field operations. If you have a mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic, this is your opportunity to grow in a hands‑on, fast‑paced environment.

- Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on various equipment and machinery
- Troubleshoot technical issues and identify root causes
- Inspect equipment and identify potential problems
- Assemble, install, and test new machinery according to specifications
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used Communicate with team members and supervisors to coordinate work
- Assist with field operations when needed
- Paint, pressure wash, and rebuild equipment as necessary
- Maintain and update shop inventory regularly
- Coordinate logistics for equipment transport between regions and rigs
- Participate in Premium Safety and Quality programs
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training/certification a plus
- Proven experience as a shop technician or similar role
- Strong technical skills and proficiency with diagnostic tools
- Ability to read and interpret manuals, schematics, and diagrams
- Excellent problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy equipment or parts
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices
- Proficiency with computers and inventory management software
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as required
- Frequent walking, lifting, and equipment operation in a warehouse/shop environment
