Overview
Part Time Community Associate at Regus in Williston, Vermont. This role involves joining the network, helping customers, and supporting center operations to enable customers to run their businesses.
Responsibilities- Work closely with new and existing customers across various industries to create and maintain your center’s community and handle administrative and support needs so customers can focus on their business.
- Greet customers, address requests (e.g., WiFi codes, package deliveries), and assist with setup tasks (e.g., projector, directions, coffee) while ensuring services are properly charged and invoices are accurate.
- Support mail handling, communications with customers, and follow-up on earlier requests (e.g., notifying customers about packages).
- Coordinate and assist with events and center communications, including creating e-invites and posting notices around the center.
- Collaborate with the Community Manager on next week’s networking event planning and center organization.
- Manage end-of-day close-out tasks, ensure the center is tidy, and guide groups to exit meeting spaces as needed.

Qualifications- Good communication skills with the ability to build professional relationships and empathize with people’s needs (Ideally 1+ years of customer service experience)
- Ability to take ownership of problems and find solutions
- Positive, enthusiastic, and able to adapt to fast-changing situations
- Experience and confidence using MS Office and other basic IT equipment
- Legally eligible to work in the country you are applying within and at least 18 years old
