Responsibilities

Operating commercial vehicles safely and responsibly while following DOT regulations and completing required documentation daily. Adhere to company safety policies, including the prohibition of electronic device use while driving, and promptly report any incidents or changes in driving status.

Deliver products accurately and on time, meeting customer preferences and maintaining a professional image. Keep detailed delivery records, handle cash and receipts, and provide professional water dispenser cleaning services according to strict quality standards. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and share actionable solutions with leadership. Support team decisions and assist colleagues when needed.

Use a business-owner mindset to drive route growth by prospecting and opening new accounts in UDS channels such as convenience stores, small groceries, and bodegas. Expand existing accounts and upsell the full product portfolio to achieve monthly customer acquisition goals. Monitor competitors to identify and leverage sales opportunities while adhering to pricing and promotion guidelines.

Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience

Age: Must be 21+ (DOT requirement)

Certification: Ability to obtain a DOT medical card

Skills: Strong customer service and face-to-face sales ability

Independence: Work efficiently in varied weather conditions

Schedule: Average 45+ hours/week with flexible start/end times

Physical Ability
  • Lift and carry up to 45 lbs. (average 250+ units/day)
  • Climb in/out of commercial vehicle 40-55 times daily
  • Sit, stand, push, pull, and walk throughout shift
Driving Record
  • No major violations (DUI/DWI, refusal to test, at-fault fatal accident)
  • No more than 2 moving violations in 3 years
  • No reckless driving or disqualifying offenses
