For our Guest Services Keyholders, it’s all about HOSPITALITY! They love to connect, serve, listen, and operate in a super busy, high‑energy part of the store. Our Guest Services team is the heartbeat of the store; you will be working with a dedicated, skilled, and caring bunch of people whose job is to take the very best care of our guests and to communicate effectively with our entire staff, keeping them up to speed on all issues that guests bring to their attention.

• Enjoy a fast‑paced, guest‑focused role.
• Have previous experience in hospitality and customer service.
• Be proficient in cash handling.
• Comfortable using computers for communication, inventory management, and to‑go order software; prior experience with Microsoft 365 is preferred.
• Demonstrate excellent, professional communication in‑person, over the phone, and over email.
• Take pride in making someone's day.

Part‑time and full‑time hours available. Shifts are scheduled between 7:00 AM–9:30 PM. Weekend availability and schedule flexibility are required.

Pay starts at $16.50. Previous experience will be taken into account.
