As a Carpenter you will play a crucial role in lead, repairing, and restoring large residential properties following water damage, fire damage, or general wear and tear. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent problem‑solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high‑quality workmanship.

• Keep records of work performed, materials used, and project timelines for future reference.
• Identify and address issues that arise during construction, finding effective solutions to maintain project timelines.
• Assess and repair existing structures, including fixing damaged frameworks, floors, and other wooden components.
• Use hand tools and power tools to cut, shape, and smooth wood, plastic, and other materials according to specifications.
• Lead and coordinate the work of construction workers and subcontractors, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
• Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process, finding effective solutions to keep the project on track.
• Maintain clear communication with clients regarding project status and expectations.
• Follow safety protocols and best practices to ensure a safe work environment.
• Keep work areas clean and organized throughout the restoration process.
• Other duties as assigned or apparent.

• Two or more years of proven experience in carpentry or construction.
• Management Experience.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and restoration plans.
• Technologically adept.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills.
• This role requires candidates to provide their own tools.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a satisfactory driving record.
• Proficient in using hand and power tools related to carpentry.
• Ability to work collaboratively with restoration teams and clients.

• Previous experience working in Restoration or the insurance repair industry is a plus.
• Familiar with local building codes.
