Convenient work hours – full‑time work schedule is typically Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with some flexibility based upon service schedules and job requirements.
What You’ll Do:As a Service Technician you’ll accurately inspect window and door products to find root cause of the service issues, assess damage, replace parts, and ensure proper function. You’ll also professionally communicate with customers to address concerns, explain issues, ensure satisfaction, provide cost estimates, and explain procedures as you maintain the cleanliness of your work area and follow safety guidelines. Daily work includes completing daily assigned field service tasks and working closely with the Lead Service Technician and Service Manager.
Qualifications- High School Diploma or equivalent. Vocational training in carpentry (preferred).
- Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
- A commitment to safety and professionalism (pass a pre‑employment physical and drug test – marijuana excluded).
- The ability to perform heavy physical demands, lifting 75lbs frequently.
- Proven record of providing excellent customer‑facing experiences.
- At least 1 year experience installing windows and doors or similar transferable experience in a related field. Technical experience to diagnose issues and define the difference between product and installation issues.
- Proficient using tools such as drills, saws, and levels.
