Are you motivated, detail-oriented, and ready to grow with a company that values quality workmanship and customer service? We’re expanding our Air Quality Services team and looking for a skilled technician to join us.

The Air Quality Services Technician is responsible for performing residential and light-commercial:

• Residential Air duct and HVAC system cleaning
• Carpet and upholstery cleaning
• Dryer vent cleaning
• Mini-split cleaning

You’ll work directly with customers, use industry-leading equipment, and help ensure safe, healthy indoor environments.

• Perform service calls on time and with a high standard of professionalism
• Inspect systems and identify cleaning needs or safety issues
• Operate specialized cleaning tools and equipment
• Communicate findings and recommendations to customers
• Maintain accurate documentation and service reports
• Uphold company safety and quality standards

• Experience in duct cleaning, carpet cleaning, or HVAC cleaning preferred (we will train the right person)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in tight or elevated spaces
• Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
