We are searching for a reliable Home Maintenance and Upgrade Technician and Handyman to provide general home services to our customers in our community starting in late January or early February. If you have 3 or more years of paid experience in general carpentry and handyperson work, especially in the following areas, and are specifically looking for part‑time work M‑F 8‑5, we want to hear from you:

• Bathroom upgrades / remodel
• Drywall repair / patching/ caulking
• Flooring repair and installation
• General carpentry
• General home repairs and handyperson work
• Kitchen repair / remodel
• Minor plumbing and electrical – fixtures and extensions
• Painting interior and exterior
• Deck repair
• Installations over tile and tile repair

The appropriate candidate for the Home Maintenance and Upgrade Technician and Handyman position will be proficient in numerous around‑the‑house type repairs like carpentry, basic plumbing, drywall, painting, and basic electrical. Candidates do not need to be licensed trades people, but those candidates are welcome to apply.

Qualified candidates will need a driver’s license, a reliable vehicle capable of hauling materials, and standard tools. Candidate must also be a legal resident of the US, and speak fluent English.
