Our client is a well-established construction services provider, and they want you to join their team as a Cellulose Insulation Installer
.

Your day-to-day as a Cellulose Insulation Installer:

• Install loose-fill and dense-pack cellulose insulation using pneumatic blowing equipment
• Prepare work areas by protecting surfaces, sealing openings, and ensuring proper access points
• Load and operate blowing machinery and monitor material flow for consistent coverage
• Inspect insulation depth and density to ensure proper installation
• Assist with air sealing, cleanup, and removal of old insulation during retrofit projects

Your skills and experience:

• 21 years of age with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Experience in the trades or construction with strong tenure and professionalism
• Some insulation experience preferred—cellulose experience is especially valuable
• Strong work ethic and desire for long-term growth; interest in eventually becoming a foreman
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
