As a Crew Tech, you’ll be the go‑to person on‑site—guiding your team, ensuring quality, and restoring homes and businesses to their best. Every day brings new challenges, and you’ll have the tools, training, and support to succeed.

• Lead and coordinate restoration projects with precision and care
• Set up and operate cutting‑edge restoration equipment
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and keep gear in top shape
• Deliver outstanding customer service—because we’re in the business of helping people
• Keep safety and professionalism front and center
• Document jobs and assist with scheduling

• Restoration experience? Great! If not, we’ll train you
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Willingness to take on after‑hours and on‑call duties
