We are looking for an experienced Commercial Roofing Service Technician in Williston, VT!

You will be responsible for investigating, locating and repairing leaks and defects in the following commercial roofing systems: EPDM, PVC, TPO, Built‑up Roofing, and low‑slope metal. You will manage commercial roofing projects from start to finish and ensure the highest level of craftsmanship.

• Removal and installation of all types of roof systems including BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC, and slope (tile/shingles).
• Roof maintenance and repairs.
• Perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines.
• Maintain professional interaction with all customers.
• Completing required paperwork, attending meetings as necessary, and assisting in training of crew members as needed.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 2+ years of experience leading commercial roofing crews.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly.
• Must be able to work at varying heights and during varied weather conditions.
• Ability to communicate well with clients, supervisor, and co‑workers.
• Initiative, integrity, and adaptability.
• Technology savvy.

  Field environment with exposure to heights, noise, and temperature.
• Physical effort:
  Extensive standing, walking, climbing ladders; frequent lifting not to exceed 50 pounds.

  Local, up to 1 hour away.
