• Provide premium customer service within a designated territory (residential, commercial, and retail), accelerating growth and revenue while working safely.
• Operate a commercial vehicle safely and responsibly, follow defined safety practices, and complete DOT-required documentation daily.
• Adhere to safety policies, including prohibited use of electronic devices while driving and reporting any on‑job incidents or changes in driving status.
• Maintain a professional image, be courteous and outgoing, and meet each customer’s preferences by delivering correct products on time.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including cash and receipts.
• Identify opportunities to maximize efficiencies and provide actionable solutions to leadership.
• Assist teammates as needed and support the team in decision‑making.
• Provide professional water dispenser cleaning services to customers following a strict quality process.
• Use a business owner’s mindset to drive growth by identifying and opening new accounts, especially in the UDS channel (convenience stores, small independent groceries, bodegas, etc.) to build route density and increase commission opportunities.
• Fully develop new and existing accounts by selling Primo Brands’ complete portfolio of products, including outside normal working hours.
• Adhere to pricing and promotion guidelines set by Primo Brands and monitor the competitive environment to leverage sales opportunities.
• Upsell additional products and services to existing customers and achieve monthly acquisition goals.

Reporting

Location:

Williston, VT.
Sign‑On Bonus: $5,000 (paid under Primo Brands Terms).
Salary: $56,160/year (non‑CDL) or $61,160/year (CDL).
Schedule: Monday – Friday (Saturdays as needed) with start time between 6 am‑7 am.

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to secure or maintain a CDL Class B with air‑brake endorsement (for applicable positions). Primo Brands provides certified CDL training and assistance.
• Service‑oriented with strong face‑to‑face sales skills.
• Ability to work independently, efficiently, and in a variety of weather conditions.
• Ability to interact effectively with customers in many settings.
• Capacity to lift and carry an average of 250+ units per day, each up to 45 lbs., using handling tools as appropriate.
• Capacity to climb in and out of a commercial vehicle 40‑55 times per day.
• Ability to work an average 45‑hour week or more, including variable start/end times.
• Ability to sit, stand, push, pull, and walk all day (with or without reasonable accommodation).
• Must obtain a DOT medical card for employment with Primo Brands.
• Must possess a clean driving record (one license in last 3 years, no major infractions, no more than 2 moving violations, no DUI/DWI, etc).
• Must be 21 years or older (DOT requirement).
