Starting wage: $24/hr, no experience required.
Priority Express at 316 Engineers Drive, Williston, VT, is hiring part time drivers to deliver home furnishings and other heavy/bulky items in our company vehicles to residential customers in Central and Northern VT, Northeast NY, and Northwest NH.Typical vehicle is a 12 ft. box van. Commercial drivers license (CDL) is NOT required but a DOT medical certificate is. Priority Express pays for the medical exam.
Minimum age is 21. Criminal background check is performed.
Most routes use two person teams, a driver and a helper. There are occasional driver only routes when items are lighter. Vehicles are preloaded for you. Helper acts as navigator using a GPS and calls customers 30 minutes prior to arrival to confirm ETA and any special requirements.
