Kamco Supply Corp. of Boston is New England's largest one-stop source and distributor of commercial building products including acoustical ceiling systems, architectural doors and hardware, drywall, steel framing, insulation, and exterior systems.

We are seeking to add a Laborer to our team.

We want a team player who can assist our drivers by loading/unloading construction materials on and off our trucks. The team members will also need to help with daily warehouse tasks.

• Sorting and placing received materials on racks, shelves, and/or bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, color, etc.
• Assemble customer work orders for pickup.
• Assemble customer orders on trucks for delivery when needed.
• Operate a forklift and pallet jack when needed.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, e.g., materials returned to shelves properly and in order, aisles are clean and accessible, sweeps as needed.
• Follow all safety rules and policies, including all mandated safety protective equipment.

• Forklift experience would be beneficial.
• Position involves heavy lifting 50-100 lbs.
• Building product knowledge and sheetrock handling desirable but not required.
• Applicants must pass a pre-employment physical examination including a lift test and drug screening.
