Senior Accountant

We are seeking an experienced Accounting, Audit & Tax professional to perform accounting, auditing, tax, and client-service responsibilities under the supervision of Managers and Partners. Seasonal overtime may be required, with occasional travel to client sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial statements, tax returns, reconciliations, payroll, and general accounting records.
• Perform accounting, audit, tax, and bookkeeping assignments.
• Analyze financial information and assist with accounting systems and controls.
• Support client meetings, presentations, and relationship management.
• Assist with staff training, mentoring, and project supervision.
• Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with accounting standards.
• Participate in training and professional development initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Accounting degree or education required to sit for the CPA exam; CPA preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and income tax.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
