Join our experienced team in Willmar, MN!

• Fulltime position available with flexible 0.9-1.0 FTE
• Option to include OB in your practice, not required.
• Minimal call, 1:9 for non-OB FMs and 1:12 for OB FMs
• Team-based care model with an experienced care team: ~19 MDs/DOs
• Must be BE/BC and able to obtain a MN License.

• Starting pay begins at $260,000 per year; exact wage determined by years of related experience
• Salary range: $260,000 - $290,000 per year
• Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
