Nova-Tech Engineering is offering a paid Manufacturing Engineering Co-Op on-site in Willmar, MN for 6–9 months. The program is open to Junior or Senior students pursuing Manufacturing Engineering degrees, with January 2027–August 2027 or May 2027–December 2027 start windows.
Participants will collaborate with a cross-functional team, learn product development workflows, and gain experience applying Agile Scrum in a hands-on environment to build industry-ready skills.
