Centra Care’s Ambulatory Surgery Center expansion project is well underway and will be completed soon! We are planning to get staff training started as of January 2026 with a projected opening date of July 2026.

Join our team at the Ambulatory Surgery Center at the Plaza as a Surgical Technologist, where you’ll play a key role in outpatient procedures. We’re dedicated to delivering top‑notch patient care and embracing cutting‑edge technology. Your responsibilities will include visually assessing patients’ conditions, maintaining sterile techniques, ensuring accurate counts throughout the surgery, as well as proficiently assembling, preparing and passing sutures, instruments and supplies to surgeons and assistants.

• Full‑time | 72‑80 hours every two weeks | Plaza Surgery Center
• Monday‑Friday | Various 8 – 10‑hour shifts between 6:00 am – 5:00 pm
• No weekends or holidays!

• Starting pay begins at $26.63 per hour; exact wage determined by years of related experience
  • Pay range: $25.20 - $37.81 per hour
• $5,000 hiring bonus or up to $10,000 student loan repayment, plus $5,000 relocation bonus for eligible candidates

• Successful completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist Program
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Certification
• Basic knowledge of surgical technologist duties and responsibilities
• Current certification as a Surgical Technologist preferred

To be eligible for the hiring bonus, student loan repayment and relocation bonus, you must be hired into an eligible full or part‑time benefited position. Bonuses will only be awarded if the applicant has not worked for Centra Care in the last nine months. Relocation bonus must meet distance requirements.
