LPN or Medical Assistant CMA or RMA

Summary

• Provide patient focused rooming for all types of clinic visits.
• Communicate results and other pertinent medical information to patients and providers.
• Assist in assuring the day-to-day activities of the clinic are completed timely and efficiently.

• Full-time position
• Working 60-72 hours every two weeks
• Mon-Fri Daytime shifts between the hours of 8:00AM to 5:00PM
• No evenings, weekends, or holidays

• Pay rate based on experience with a minimum rate of $22.40 (LPN); $20.92/hour (CMA)
  • LPN full pay range: $22.40 to $33.58
  • CMA full pay range: $20.92 to $31.06
• $2,500 (LPN); $2,000 (CMA) sign-on bonus
• $5,000 Relocation bonus for eligible candidates
• Employee benefits (including medical/dental coverage and PTO)

• Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required per established policy
• Ability to understand patients’ medical records, physician orders and medication orders to be communicated to the patient and staff

• Graduate of an accredited school of Medical Assistant Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA). Must provide proof of pass notification prior to start with verification of official certification or registration within 3 months of exam date. Certification from one of the following:
  • American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA)
  • American Medical Technologists (AMT)
  • NCMA through National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT)
  • National Health career Association (NHA)
  • American Registry of Medical Assistants program (ARMA)

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required
• Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Minnesota required.

To be eligible for the hiring bonus you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full time or part time benefited position. Previous Centra Care employees qualify if they have not worked for Centra Care for at least 9 months at the date of hire.

Relocation assistance eligibility:
Must accept a position that offers benefits and may not have worked for Centra Care/Carris in the last 9 months. Must currently reside more than 50 miles away from the Willmar Main Clinic and relocate to within 30 miles of it.
