Job Title: Physician Assistant – Geriatric-Focused Rounding Role

Compensation: $105,000 to $120,000

We are seeking a physician assistant (PA‑C) with a passion for geriatric care to join our growing team of rounding providers. If you want to specialize in aging adult health and build lasting relationships with your patients, this is a perfect fit.

• Conduct in‑person visits with seniors in assisted living and memory care
• Support chronic disease management, prevention, and end‑of‑life care
• Coordinate with nursing staff, specialists, and families
• Maintain clear documentation and clinical notes in EMR

• Licensed as a PA‑C in Minnesota
• Background in geriatrics, palliative care, or internal medicine preferred
• Strong communicator with excellent bedside manner
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Coast Guard: PA – Physician Assistant
