How you will make an impact:

Vista Prairie at Copperleaf is looking for a dynamic Sales and Marketing Community Manager to drive occupancy within the community through marketing, lead nurturing, community partnerships, and outreach. Your key accountabilities will be to manage occupancy through lead management, prospect engagement, and event coordination, ensuring smooth move-ins and room readiness. You will develop external partnerships and execute marketing strategies to enhance Copperleaf’s visibility and reputation.

As a Sales and Community Marketing Manager, you will oversee the creation of marketing materials and resources to achieve goals and create brand awareness. Together we can make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents!

Schedule:

Full-time, Normal business hours plus flexible for evenings and weekends to conduct tours and sponsor sales events.

What you will need:
  • Long–term care/Assisted Living or related Sales experience required.
  • Technology adept and social media savvy.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with nonprofit organizations and their unique challenges and opportunities preferred.
