Inboxologist Advanced Practice Provider

Centra Care is hiring an Inboxologist Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant). As an Inboxologist, you are on the front lines of medicine, helping to support providers at Centra Care with Epic Inbasket management. Two years of Provider primary care experience required, ability to see all age ranges.

The Inboxlogist will be responsible for the timely management of Inbasket functions for Family Medicine and Internal Medicine providers in the Willmar market who are unavailable for coverage due to vacation, sick or other specified leave. The Inboloxogist will review the medical records and address clinical needs as appropriate.

• Respond to patient questions
• Refill requests
• Results review and resolution
• Order tests
• Documents in medical record
• Five to six synchronous patients per day via video visits.

• Open to part-time or full-time schedule, remote work
• Monday through Friday day clinic hours; no evenings, overnights, weekends or holidays
  • 7:30am-4:30pm, or 8am-5pm

Eligibility for the position entails:

• Completion of a formal nurse practitioner or physician assistant program approved by a national accrediting agency
• Certified as a Nurse Practitioner or a Physician Assistant
• Current or pending licensure in the State of Minnesota, licensed to see pediatrics through geriatrics

Position open to experienced providers. Must have a minimum of two years of experience working as a Primary Care provider.

• Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
