• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to help solve their specific needs; thank guests for choosing to shop at Target.
• Execute daily tasks assigned by your leader to support business priorities, including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing the backroom, arranging merchandise, and putting up promotional signs for GM areas.
• Operate power equipment to move merchandise or store fixtures if certified.
• Execute processes such as price changes, merchandise setup and maintenance, and inventory accuracy as directed.
• Learn how operational procedures affect inventory management, store profitability, and product availability.
• Be knowledgeable about store resources, products, and services to solve issues for guests and improve their experience.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes (e.g., picking/packing orders or delivering pickup orders), while complying with applicable laws.
• Other duties as needed based on business needs.

• You thrive in a fast-moving, active, and physically demanding environment where teamwork and problem solving are key.
• Flexible work schedule with varying hours, days or shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays and peak times).
• From the get-go, you should have a welcoming attitude, good communication across devices, ability to work independently or in a team, quick guest question resolution, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to handle cash register operations as needed; climb ladders; move merchandise up to 44 pounds; work in varying temperatures and conditions; remain mobile during shifts.
